18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. 19 For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God. (Romans 8:18-19)
- Life on Mission involves Sacrifice
- The world is waiting on God’s sons to step up
- I’m anointed for my mission
- The anointing provides all I need to prevail
- Life on mission furthers my destiny
And everyone who was in distress, and everyone who was in debt, and everyone who was bitter in soul, gathered to him. And he became commander over them. And there were with him about four hundred men. (1 Samuel 22:2)
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind,

Jesus was anointed and empowered to:
- Preach the gospel
- Proclaim liberty
- Set at liberty
Jesus made time for the:
a. MY MINISTRY IS REVEALED BY MY:_SHAPE_____!
b. MY S.H.A.P.E. REVEALS MY MINISTRY

Ask: WHAT AM I GIFTED TO DO? Then just do it.
“God has put it into their hearts to accomplish his purpose…” Rev. 17:7

Ask: WHAT DO I LOVE TO DO? What am I passionate about?
“There are different abilities to perform service…” 1 Cor. 12:6
“I (God)… have given him skill, ability, and knowledge in all kinds of crafts…” Exodus 31:3
“… our competence comes from God.”

Ask: WHAT NATURAL TALENTS AND SKILLS DO I HAVE? What am I good at?
“No one can really know what anyone else is thinking or what he is really like, except that person himself.” 1 Cor. 2:11 (LB)
Ask: WHERE DOES MY PERSONALITY BEST SUIT ME TO SERVE? Who am I like?
Examine your experiences by asking:
* WHAT ___ SPIRITUAL ___ EXPERIENCES HAVE I HAD?
“There has been enough time for you to be teachers — BUT you still need to be taught… (you are) without any experience in the matter of right and wrong.” Heb. 5:12-13
* WHAT ___PAINFUL ___ EXPERIENCES HAVE I HAD?
“Sometimes it takes a painful experience to make us change our ways.” Prov 20:30 (GN)
“God helps us in our troubles, so we are able to help others who have all kinds of troubles, using the same help that we ourselves have received from God.” 2 Cor. 1:4 (GN)
* WHAT __EDUCATIONAL__ EXPERIENCES HAVE I HAD?
